Lifestyle Family Fitness makes it easy for you to get started on a fitness program with a personal trainer – right from the start of your membership.

Sometimes we all need a little extra motivation (and sometimes we need a lot!). At Lifestyle Family Fitness we make it easy for you to get moving on a fitness program with a personal trainer, right from the start of your membership. Upon enrollment, you’ll receive 3 FREE introductory training sessions. We call it our PT 1-2-3 plan, with a certified personal trainer. Not only will this familiarize you with our clubs, PT 1-2-3 will help you set personal goals, learn how to properly use equipment and get the most out of your workouts.
