Fitness and WFUS-FM radio station 103.5 will host a self defense seminar at the Carrollwood facility located at 15798 North Dale Mabry Highway in Tampa on Friday, June 29 from 5-6:30p.m. Police officers from the Tampa Police Department will be on hand to teach attendees self defense mechanisms and how to be proactive and cautious in situations
The program was developed in response to a recent rash of tragic news stories including the kidnapping and murder of a young Kansas woman from the parking lot of a Target store and the murder of a pregnant woman in Ohio.
