Cycle classes are a high-energy, high calorie-burning cardio option, held in a cycling studio with non-impact stationary bikes. The classes mimic an outdoor ride without the need for your own bicycle, or the need to fight the elements! 

RPM

Take the ultimate ride! RPM incorporates cycling, choreography and motivational coaching techniques to give you a completely safe, aerobic, adrenaline ride. Get in the zone and find out why RPM is totally addictive. We also offer RPM Express a shortened 30-minute version of our RPM class, and RPM Plus an advanced 60-minute version of the class.

  • Time: RPM - 45 minutes; RPM Express – 30 minutes; RPM Plus - 60 minutes

Lifestyle Cycle

A unique, high-energy cycling workout that utilizes non-impact indoor stationary bikes, guided imagery, creative lighting and carefully selected music to inspire you through a workout like no other. We also offer Lifestyle Cycle Plus, a class for intermediate to advanced riders.

  • Time: Lifestyle Cycle - 55 minutes; Lifestyle Cycle Plus - 90 minutes
