Lifestyle Family Fitness group fitness programming is spearheaded by ten intense classes created by Les Mills® International, the world leader in innovative and effective group exercise solutions. We are one of the only fitness clubs in the U.S. to offer all 10 programs.

These programs are researched and developed by an experienced team of doctors, trainers and physiologists so that the moves are simple, safe and effective in getting the results they promise.

All Les Mills class music and choreography is refreshed and enhanced every few months to keep you challenged and to keep the excitement going. 

BODYPUMP

BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

CXWORX

Looking for a short, sharp workout that’ll inspire you to the next level of fitness, while strengthening and toning your body? CXWORX™ is for you! CXWORX really hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It’s ideal for tightening your abs and butt, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.

  • Time: 30 minutes

RPM

RPM™ is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials and interval training.

BODYSTEP

BODYSTEP™ is the energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.
