Yoga and Pilates

Mind and body classes — like Yoga, Pilates and BODYFLOW® — are designed to relieve stress and leave you feeling centered and calm. They’ll improve your balance and flexibility, both of which are critically important to your health. Other benefits include improved posture, decreased risk of injury and increased core strength.

A class that reinforces flexibility and strength, combining the best of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates. BODYFLOW brings mind and body into perfect harmony.

Lifestyle Mat Pilates

The Pilates method is a system designed to lengthen muscles as it strengthens them, with an emphasis on muscular movement initiation. While improving posture, coordination, strength, flexibility and balance, it is an effective way to rehabilitate injuries and lessen chronic pain. We also offer Lifestyle Mat Pilates Basics, a beginner level class, and Lifestyle Mat Pilates Power, an intermediate to advanced level class.

A combination class merging the static and dynamic postures of yoga with the lengthening and strengthening power of Pilates. The combination, designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance and posture, adds variety to your mind-body workout.

Lifestyle Tai Chi

An ancient form of Chinese exercise for health, which helps to strengthen and relax the body through a series of slow graceful movements.

SilverSneakers Yoga Stretch

Move your whole body through a series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
