Free event with fitness taster classes, food and giveaways
Lifestyle Family Fitness celebrates recent upgrades to four of their fitness facilities with Re-Grand Opening Celebrations Saturday, February 4 at their Hyde Park, Countryside, East Bay and Winter Haven locations.
Re-Grand Opening Celebrations will officially reveal facility upgrades, new equipment and the second floor addition to their Hyde Park club in Tampa.
Events are free and open to the public and will feature free food, vendors, giveaways, appearances by local radio personalities, an All American Cookout, free cardio and strength clinics, fitness taster classes, an outdoor cycle-a-thon at Hyde Park Circle to benefit Make-A-Wish (9.a.m. to noon), free Hot Vinyasa Flow yoga classes through Monday and more.
Festivities begin at 9 a.m. with fun for the entire family. Lifestyle Family Fitness members who bring a friend will receive a Fit Kit (gym bag and water bottle).
