SilverSneakers Member Benefits
When you become a Lifestyle Family Fitness SilverSneakers member you'll have access to all LFF fitness center locations. You'll enjoy club amenities including an array of cardio and strength training equipment, group fitness classes, and LFF member resources including LifeCenter, LifeWorks and Rewards.
We also offer our SilverSneakers members:
- Invigorating SilverSneakers and senior fitness classes designed to help you stay active and grow in mind, body and spirit.
- A dedicated session with a Lifestyle Family Fitness personal trainer.
- The opportunity to participate in social events, including quarterly SilverSneakers parties and informal outings.
Getting Started with SilverSneakers
We make it easy for you to sign up for SilverSneakers membership at Lifestyle Family Fitness.
First check to see if your health plan or Medicare plans offers SilverSneakers. If your health plan offers SilverSneakers, simply bring your SilverSneakers ID card to any Lifestyle Family Fitness location and let us know you'd like to sign up for a SilverSneakers membership. We’ll handle everything from there!
After registering, we will provide you with a club orientation where we'll show you around the gym and familiarize you with all the amenities and resources available to you as part of your membership.
