What to Expect
A certified personal trainer gives your group the “workout of the day” and you accomplish as many rounds as possible within 30 minutes. Exercises vary using medicine balls, kettlebells, battling ropes, cardio drills, weights, stability balls and more.
What to Bring
Water bottle and towel. Dress in workout attire with athletic shoes. Eating a small meal before is recommended.
