About Our Personal Trainers
Lifestyle Family Fitness personal trainers are required to maintain premier nationally recognized certifications and/or hold a degree in exercise science. Our trainers are subjected to a thorough screening process via our formal entrance program, and we accept only the top 2/3 of all applicants. LFF personal trainers are also required to obtain 13 continuing education credits annually.
