Maximize your workout performance, loosen muscles and reduce soreness in Stretch. This lower intensity group class promotes whole body wellness and allows all fitness levels to lengthen and stretch tight muscles by combining static stretches and exercises using foam rollers.
This class complements other premium programs and group fitness classes to help reduce back, knee and shoulder pain. You’ll go home ready to take on the day!
